Conference Delegate Support, SANORD Conference 2026

A limited number of conference delegate support (CDS) are available for SANORD member institutions. Students and staff from SANORD member institutions in the Southern Africa region are eligible to apply for CDS.

The selection criteria are as follows:

• Must have an accepted abstract to present at the SANORD 2026 Conference in Windhoek, Namibia.

• The applicant MUST be from a SANORD Member institution

• The Conference grant constitutes partial funding (accommodation and conference fees ONLY)

• Each application will be considered on a case-by-case basis

• No late applications will be considered

• Only the main author will be considered for acceptance. If an abstract has multiple authors, only the main author will be recognized for CDS application

Outcome of CDS applications: 4 August 2026
