Membership is open to institutions of higher education and research in the two regions:

Southern African region:

Angola, Botswana, Congo, Lesotho, Madagascar, Malawi, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa, Swaziland, Tanzania, Zambia and Zimbabwe.

Nordic region:

Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden

SANORD 2021 Conference

The SANORD 2020 Conference is rescheduled to 7-10 September 2021 in Bergen, Norway.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the SANORD Board has made the decision to postpone the SANORD Conference to 2021.

We sincerely hope to welcome you back and see you all in Bergen in September 2021.

If you have submitted an abstract for the 2020 conference, you can choose to keep this for the 2021 conference or submit a new abstract. The new submission deadline is 1 April 2021.

Those who have registered as participants for the 2020 conference will have their participation fee fully refunded.
