University of Namibia to Host the 2026 SANORD Annual Conference

The Southern African–Nordic Centre (SANORD) is pleased to announce that the University of Namibia (UNAM) will host the 2026 SANORD Annual Conference at its Windhoek Campus.

The conference is scheduled to take place in September 2026, with the exact dates to be confirmed in due course. This prestigious event will convene scholars, researchers, and higher education leaders from across the Southern African and Nordic regions to exchange ideas, share research insights, and strengthen partnerships in support of SANORD’s mission to promote equitable collaboration and sustainable development.

SANORD looks forward to gathering in Windhoek for meaningful dialogue, academic exchange, and renewed commitment to advancing research, innovation, and education across regions.
